Staff
Your staff help you manage and improve different things in your club. There are a wide variety of staff members available:
Assistant coach: Improves form and the effect of training sessions for all your players, as if you had a more skilled coach.
Physiotherapist: Reduces risk of injuries.
Doctor: Helps injured players rehabilitate faster.
Sports psychologist: Increases confidence and, to a degree, team spirit.
Spokesperson: Improves sponsor and fan attitude towards the club.
Staff effects
The effect of every additional staff member of a certain type recedes successively. Two are better than one and four are better than two, but the effect is definitely not doubled. You can not hire more than 30 staff members in total, nor more than 10 of each type.
Staff management and costs
Each staff member costs you 1 200 £ a week, and if you want to fire a staff member it will cost you 1 200 £. You manage your staff under "The Club" caption. When a staff member is hired, you may not fire any staff member of the same type for one week (7 days). You can manage your staff under "The Club" caption.
